Fruit to Look Forward To

This afternoon I took a bike ride through my sunny ex-neighborhood so that I could check up on the spring fruit. Here is what I gleaned:

Unripe apricots in the above photo, which are at the lovely Oasis House at the corner of Clifton and Boyd Streets.



Plums that should be ripe by the end of May. The first plum is barely visible behind the leaves, and the tree can be found on Clifton St. The second small but bountiful tree is on Boyd St.

Lastly, almonds, which- I am happy to report- are within walking distance of my new house.
